We recently had our roof replaced by Piney Orchard Roofing. We coupled with our neightbor to benefit from the package... upgrade for multiple, same day projects. Pricing was affordable compared to other quotes received. Tony was resposive to my questions and patient while awaiting HOA approval for the project. The crew who conducted the work arrived for an early morning start. They took care to cover our deck and other outdoor decor to protect against falling debris. Their cleanup was excellent. It has yet to rain since the installation so I cannot attest to the quality--but am happy to have the warranty. After installation I received a message from a neighbor across the street who said it looked fantastic. We are pleased, thus far, with the product and work provided by Piney Orchard Roofing.read more

Their prices are fair and competitive. The workers are friendly and work to resolve unforeseen issues as if it were their own home. I highly recommend this company for all reasons mentioned above. Tony with Piney Orchard Roofing reached out to me in a very timely manner to provide me with an estimate to replace our... roof. Their presentation was very professional and things were broken down in a very clear and easy to follow manner. Their pricing seems reasonable for the work that they needed to do. Once we approved the work, Piney Orchard Roofing was able to get us on the schedule pretty quickly. The work took two days, but that was because of the extreme heat and we needed a lot of panels replaced. After the work was finished, Tony made sure to answer any remaining questions I had and that the work was quality. I will keep folks posted how things look a few years from now, but I would say Piney Orchard Roofing is an A+ company to work with.read more

I called Tony to schedule an estimate and he was at my house in less than 2 hours. He took the time to talk my wife and I through the entire process and answered all of our questions. He scheduled us with an appointment and had his guys out installing the roof a few days later. One of the best experiences I’ve had with a local company! From the time I first contacted them and spoke with Tony Morgan I had nothing but positive vibes from them. I had only been living in my home for 6 weeks and discovered I needed not only HVAC work but a new roof as well. Tony quoted me a reasonable price and within a day I had a contract, lined me up with financing and had a date to install my new roof. They are true to their word, contact you every step of the process, let you know exactly when the materials are going to be delivered, and when they are going to be there to start work. I'm so glad I decided to go with this company as opposed to others I had communicated with previously. Because I work... from different locations during the week, the back-and-forth email communication (from estimate to contract to invoice and warranty were all handled via email) was a Godsend. This worked perfectly for me, and Tony was super helpful in ensuring I was aware of each step of the process of what was happening.The price was competitive for the work performed. The work was thorough, and the crew was very accommodating. For starters, the lady who answered my call was attentive,... listened to my concerns, asked questions and then readily provided solutions. She told me she would forward my request to the owner right when she got off the phone with me, and sure enough I got a call two minutes later from Tony!Tony was awesome, he got more clarity on my particular situations and offered to assist me with an issue that honestly he necessarily wasn’t responsible for. Tony and his crew were a joy to work with. He uses satellite imagery to give near instant quotes and he answered all of... my questions in a timely and respectful manner. At no time during the process did he try to use sales tactics to force me to buy a roof, he stands behind his work and the products he uses (atlas shingles).The day of the install: His crew arrived promptly at 0730 and began work immediately. When i arrived home at 4 the crew had already completed the job and were completely cleaned up. The co-owner (Lyle) of piney orchard roofing stopped by at 430 to complete a final inspection of the roof and surrounding area.The final price: All in all the roof cost me about $7,500. That includes any color architectural shingles (rated for 130 mph winds), 60 lb synthetic underlayment, ice guard, drip rails, ridge vent, box vent, etc. Let me conclude by saying that I contracted Piney Orchard Roofing to install their "middle of the road" package, and out of the goodness of his heart, Tony decided to upgrade me to the best package that they offer for FREE.In conclusion: Even if you decide no to go with Piney Orchard Roofing, It is worth it to just get a quote from them. You can be rest assured that they will give you fair and accurate pricing, as well as outstanding customer service!!!!read more
